Ingredients 

  • Black Truffle Mushroom Slices 20 gr
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbs Black Truffle Oil
  • Black Truffle Salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Small French Baguette

Directions

  1. Using a standard 4-sided grater, grate the tomato using the side with the widest holes, so it cuts it, while also mashing it a bit. Switch to the side with the smallest holes and grate the garlic clove. Mix the tomato and garlic with the truffle oil, truffle salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the baguette cross-wide intro ½ inch slices. Arrange on an oven tray and toast.
  3. Spread the truffle mix over the toasted bread, and garnish with all slices of shaved Black Truffle Slices – Profine Food Stores .
