  1. Bring salted water to boil pasta in a large pot and cook till al dente. While the pasta is cooking, make the sauce.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil; reduce the heat to medium and whisk in the cheese and parmigiano cheese. The cheeses will melt and the sauce will thicken. Taste and add truffle salt as needed.
  3. Drain the pasta and toss into the warm sauce and mix to coat.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of truffle oil and some truffle shavings on each plate.
